Events Users may create, promote, and discover events through the Platform. Event organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy, safety, and legal compliance of their events. We are not a party to any agreements between event organizers and attendees, and we disclaim liability arising from such events. 5. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: Use the Platform for illegal purposes or to promote unlawful activity. Harass, abuse, or harm other users. Upload viruses, spam, or malicious software. Attempt to hack, scrape, or overload the Platform. 6. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, and Platform content (excluding User Content) are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit our intellectual property without prior written consent. 7. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the last 12 months. 11.
